Photopolymer Gravure Etchings
Photogravure is one of my favorite old world printing processes. The old masters in photography used this process in the early twentieth century. We now have the photopolymer method available to create etchings from digital files and original drawings. The image is etched into the photopolymer plate with UV exposure. Using archival inks, fine art paper and the press a delicate handmade print is revealed.
